On November 21, 1992, a typical autumn day, CSX Transportation and Union Pacific teamed up to present the 50th running of 'The Santa Claus Special,' whose purpose is to distribute Christmas gifts to the children in Appalachia. Union Pacific's Challenger #3985 was altered to appear as Clinchfield's #676 for this special occasion." Copyright 1994. Postally unused. Excellent vintage condition.
