Alva Museum Replica Figural Pin

I'm sorry not to be able to offer more information about this piece, but antiquities aren't really my "thing." I will gratefully accept any information offered about this item. Probably cast from a museum piece. Alva made extremely high quality copies of all sorts of ancient items and antiquites, from jewelry to sculptures, but is now out of business and their items are becoming more and more collectible. This is an extremely unusual piece of figural jewelry. I really don't know what this represents, but I think it's exceptionally cool. Approx. 2 tall x 1 1/2 inches wide. Marked © Alva Museum Replicas. Condition is very good - has a bit of scratching and pitting that I'm not entirely certain isn't original to the item. Diagonally mounted pin back with modern safety catch fastener.
