Amazing Enameled Deco Design Princess Vanity Case

This piece is a wonderful deco or moderne style accessory. Age uncertain, but interior suggests it may be a later piece than it looks, possibly post war. Bold deco graphics in yellow and black on a silvertone case. Interior of case is in excellent condition with only some powder residue. Mirror is present, intact, and in excellent condition. Three compartments. One for loose powder, with the original screen, one for a small lipstick tube, and one for something else (cigarettes perhaps?) A few paint chips, scuffs and scratches, but this is still a stunner. Marked Princess No. 4221 Made in Japan. Measures about 3 x 4 inches x 1/2 inches. Photo of interior availble on request.
