Yes, really. Signed by David himself on the green baise base in felt tip marker. We were unable to get a good picture of this signature due to the texture of the material, but you can just barely see it below the label in the last photograph. Summer 1993 Tour Piece, available exclusively during David Winter's North American Tour April/May 1993. No condition problems that I can see. All David Winter cottages listed by Great Finds come from my own personal collection. Unless otherwise stated they are in excellent condition with their original packaging and Certificate(s) of Authenticity.
