Delft or Delft Style Windmill Silver Filigree Pin

Petite Delft or Delft style porcelain plaque set into a silver colored setting. No marks as to maker or origin. Measures approx 1 1/2" long. Metal is unmarked and untested for silver content. Lightly tarnished but excellent condition.
