Unusual Victorian or Edwardian Art Glass Pin - Turquoise Blue

This is really unusual! Cabochon of art glass made to look astonishingly like turquoise, bezel set in brass. Pin extends a bit beyond the setting.1 inch. Probably European, possibly English. Simple c catch fastener. No marks to indicate maker or place of origin. Approx 1 1/8 inches x 3/4 inches.
