Highly Detailed White Floral Clamper Bracelet

I thought this was some sort of plastic or composition resin when I bought it, but several people I've talked to seem to think that it's meerschaum and may have been made in Turkey. Having never handled that particular material, I can't really guarantee that, however. All I know is that the material is extremely lightweight, and that I've never seen anything like it before. Some slight discoloration, but I haven't the vaguest idea of how to clean it. Fits a small to average sized wrist. Certainly a conversation piece whatever it's made of!
