Faux Pearl Dress Clip with Open Center

I've always loved pieces like this, that are open in the middle and let the color of your clothing show through. They match nearly everything! Actual age unknown, but estimated to be circa 1940. Approx. 2 inches long. Clip is strong and secure. Condition is excellent with no plating damage or peeling on any of the pearls.
