Vintage Valentine Card - Boy Followed by Puppy

Adorable vintage valentine card, probably from the 1920's or 1930's, shows a child carrying a valentine heart and being followed by a little puppy wearing a red bow around his neck. Card appears to fold to bring the puppy closer to or even behind the boy's feet, but folds are not excessively worn or torn. This is another card where I feel that I should recognize the artist, but there are no markings to identify it. Verse on reverse side reads " This little line dear Valentine, Tells you that I've a notion, My love for you (it's really true) Is big as all the ocean. Considerable writing on the back of the card in ink. Colors are more bright and vibrant than they appeared in our scan. Approx. 4 1/4" x 4 1/2" unfolded.
