Vintage Valentine Card - Boy Painting A Heart

Cute and simple, with a little boy in a blue sailor suit creating his own valentine card. Verse reads only "For My Valentine." Probably from the 1930's or 40's. Appears to have been used twice, as there are names that were written in pencil and then erased with new names, also in pencil, written over them. Excellent condition. Corner may have been folded back either to stand up the card or to fit it into an envelope, but it is not torn or worn. Marked only Made in U.S.A. Approx. 3 3/4" x 2 3/4". Please note: Colors are a bit more bright and vibrant than show up with our scanner, which tends to turn reds to pink for some reason.
